FAQ

What is the Rezzo app?
The Rezzo app is a mobile application that allows you to pay with your mobile device at gas stations and review your previous transactions.

Where can I use the Rezzo app?
The Rezzo app can be used at all our partner gas stations. Stations that use Rezzo are identified by our logo directly on site.

How can I use the Rezzo app?
If you want to use the Rezzo app, simply download our mobile app, create a user, and add a valid payment method in the app. You can start refueling immediately after completing these steps! The Rezzo app is available on App Store and Google Play!

What maps can I add to the Rezzo app?
The Rezzo app accepts various credit cards (such as Mastercard and Visa) and our partners' debit or loyalty cards.

Is the Rezzo app safe to use?
Our goal is to make our app as secure as possible for users. We use reliable payment providers and protect the refueling process and your personal data with a special PIN code that you can choose yourself. All your personal data is encrypted.

What happens if I lose my mobile device?
If you have lost your mobile device, you can block your Rezzo account on our webpage. After locking your account, you will be logged out of your Rezzo account on all enrolled devices and no transactions can be made from this account.

Why does the Rezzo app require device location permission?
When you want to start refueling, we need to make sure you're at a Rezzo station. One of the most convenient ways to identify yourself at an authorized pump is to use your location. At some stations, you can also refuel without activating location, by scanning a QR code at the vending machine. The Rezzo app never tracks your location or uses it for any other purpose.

Why does the Rezzo app require device storage permission?
Storage permission is required to download receipts to your device. If you don't need to upload your receipts, you can disable storage permission for the Rezzo app.

Why does the Rezzo app require camera permission?
The camera is necessary when you want to identify yourself at the Rezzo station via a QR code. The QR code is the most infallible way to identify yourself at the station. Your camera is not used in any other situation.

Why does the Rezzo app require device notification permission?
Notification permission is important for the Rezzo app to work properly. When you start refueling, the dispenser will communicate with your device via silent notifications (for example, to let the app know that you have finished refueling). If you disable notifications for the Rezzo app, the app may misbehave.

What is the additional PIN security for in my settings?
Additional PIN security allows you to choose whether you want the fueling process to be protected with your personalized PIN. We recommend choosing this option, but if your device is already protected with a PIN, fingerprint scan, or facial recognition, you may want to disable this setting in favor of convenience
